Bull City Flavors is a US-based flavoring company serving home bakers, bartenders, baristas, and dessert creators. The brand specializes in concentrated flavor drops designed to enhance beverages, baked goods, and desserts while delivering a premium customer experience.

My Role

I managed both Organic Social Media Marketing and Paid Advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

My responsibilities included:

User-Generated Content (UGC)

As part of the organic growth strategy, I identified and collaborated with UGC creators who produced authentic video content aligned with the brand’s flavor-focused identity.

These creator partnerships helped increase trust, improve engagement rates, and extend brand visibility beyond paid advertising efforts.

Working with a monthly advertising budget of approximately $1,000, I implemented a full-funnel Meta Ads strategy consisting of:

Top of Funnel (TOFU)
Middle of Funnel (MOFU)
Bottom of Funnel (BOFU)

Weekly creative testing and performance reviews ensured budget was consistently allocated toward the highest-performing campaigns.

The Approach

The objective was to build a strong organic presence while simultaneously creating a scalable paid advertising system.

For organic social media, content was developed specifically for home bakers, coffee enthusiasts, bartenders, and dessert creators. Strategic content planning and UGC collaborations helped build credibility and increase engagement.

For paid advertising, a structured TOFU → MOFU → BOFU funnel was implemented to guide customers through the buying journey. Cold audiences were introduced to the brand through engaging flavor-focused creatives, while retargeting and lookalike campaigns converted interested users into customers.

Continuous creative testing ensured winning ads received increased budget allocation while underperforming creatives were quickly replaced.
